Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving growth targets. Key tasks include prospecting, contacting potential clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding customer service. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution of logistics services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and client relationship management, including negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and international trade practices
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
