Key Responsibilities (What you will be doing)
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in working on quotation requests and following up with clients on potential new accounts. - Account Management:
Assist in managing existing client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and responding to enquiries promptly (maximum within 3 working days). - Credit Control:
Support premium collection by liaising with clients on outstanding premium collections. - Reporting & Administration:
Generate and prepare essential reports, including claims reports, member listings, Statement of Accounts (SOA), and meeting minutes.
Candidate Preferences (Who we are looking for)
- Possesses strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Is able to
multitask and deliver within strict timelines
(Key Preference). - Demonstrates strong
teamwork
skills. - Is willing to learn and adapt quickly to a new and fast-paced environment.
