For Accounting Student:

Responsibilities

  • Assist to prepare payment vouchers
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and bank statements
  • Maintain organized accounting records and files
  • Support the Accounts team on ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles
  • Able to work independently and in a team
For Business Admin / Management Student:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support various departments in coordination and follow-up activities
  • Participate in corporate projects, helping with research, reporting, and presentation materials
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and project-related activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support business and project needs

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
