Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bandar Baru Bangi for a Quality Assurance Assistant. The role involves conducting quality inspections, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, assisting in the development and implementation of quality management processes, and preparing reports on quality metrics. The Quality Assurance Assistant will also collaborate with different departments to identify and address quality-related issues and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Proficiency in Quality Management systems and practices
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate data and resolve quality-related challenges
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage
  • SPM or Diploma in a food-related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in food manufacturing or a relevant industry is a plus
