Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies. Your role is critical in enhancing our brand presence, generating leads, and driving customer engagement across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, design, and technology to align digital efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for product launches, campaigns, and brand building.
- Design marketing funnels to generate high-quality leads for both B2C and B2B segments.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing, targeting, and retargeting techniques.
Content & Social Media
- Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, emails, videos, and social media.
- Manage and grow the brand's social media presence with data-backed content strategies.
SEO/SEM & Website Management
- Improve organic search rankings and website traffic through technical and content SEO.
- Coordinate with web developers to ensure high-conversion landing pages and smooth user journeys.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs and metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.
- Generate actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Automation & CRM
- Set up marketing automation workflows (email, SMS, drip campaigns) and manage CRM data integrity.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure qualified lead generation and tracking.
Partnerships & Influencers
- Identify and collaborate with automotive influencers and industry partners for co-marketing opportunities.
- Monitor brand mentions, reputation, and engagement through social listening tools.
On-Ground Event Activities
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, including events, activations, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional stalls.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and permissions related to venue and local authorities.
- Support in the development of event concepts and marketing materials aligned with brand messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in automotive, mobility, or EV industry.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms and CRM/automation tools.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem and emerging trends in sustainable transportation.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills and excellent communication and project management abilities
