Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform programming on dimensional measurement and inspection of components using various measuring instruments (e.g.,VMS, IMS and etc).
  • Prepare and maintain measurement reports, calibration records, and inspection data.
  • Support new product development (NPD) and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.
  • Establish and maintain measurement standards and work instructions.
  • Ensure all measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Responsible to handle customer complaint and 8D report closer.
  • Participate in audits (internal/external)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in measurement or quality inspection (preferably in manufacturing industry).
  • Knowledge on programming on the measurement equipment (VMS, IMS)  and other precision tools.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and technical drawings.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system requirements is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
