·       Oversee production flow and help identify process bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.

·       Report defects or errors found during in-process inspection to the Production Manager and assist in decision-

making.

·       Monitor production quality and share important updates or reminders with team members clearly and

effectively.

·       Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring production aligns with quality standards.

·       Educate and guide team members on methods to prevent defects during production.

·       Defect and correct defects in finished parts before delivery

·       Conduct inspections of products before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction

·       Coordinate with top management and other departments on QA-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or related field.

·       Preferably 1-2 years of experience in QA or QC in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

·       Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.

·       Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

·       Good communication and teamwork skills,

·       Proactive and able to follow up on tasks with minimal supervision.

·       Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
