We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Engineer with solid experience in building voice-driven applications and integrating automotive platforms. This role requires a strong hands-on developer who can work independently and drive features end-to-end across mobile, backend, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

1.
Voice Feature Development

  • Build and implement advanced voice-related functionality in a mobile application, including voice streaming and voice processing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of voice capabilities within the existing app architecture.

  • Address platform-specific voice constraints for both iOS and Android.

  • Backend / Microservices for Voice

  • Develop or support backend components powering voice features.

  • Build or integrate microservices responsible for voice processing.
  • Work with and extend existing backend APIs.

  • Utilize AWS for backend components when required (nice-to-have).

  • Flutter Application Development

  • Develop and maintain a robust mobile application using Flutter as the primary framework.

  • Ensure stable cross-platform performance across iOS and Android.

  • Work autonomously and take ownership of full feature delivery with minimal supervision.

  • CarPlay / Android Auto Integration

  • Implement and maintain integration with Apple CarPlay and/or Android Auto platforms.

  • Ensure high-quality user experience and compliance with automotive guidelines.

Requirements — Must Have

  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Flutter.
  • Proven experience with voice technologies (voice streaming / voice processing).
  • Experience integrating CarPlay or Android Auto.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and deliver end-to-end features.

Requirements — Nice to Have

  • Experience building or supporting backend services / microservices.
  • Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
