Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and maintain company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, stock control, and daily cash handling.
  • Support in planning promotions, monitoring sales performance, and achieving outlet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and service procedures.
  • Step in to lead the outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
