What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing training, support and guidance as needed
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and control restaurant finances, including inventory management, cash handling and cost control
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar assistant manager role within the F&B or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control and cost analysis
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
