Assistant Restaurant Manager – Job Description

Summary:

Supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent service, food quality, and a smooth guest experience. Helps supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations, opening/closing, and service flow.
  • Support staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure high service standards.
  • Assist with cash handling, sales reports, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
  • OR, minimum Diploma
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
