Executive, Sales Area for Negeri Sembilan

Key Responsibilities:
- Key recruitment KPI for new agent and POS
- Key person for respective regional sales performance in terms of revenue and tickets
- Maximize business relationship and sales opportunities within the region
- Monitor, maintain and report respective area KPI
- Actively travel within designated territory to conduct regular assessments and manage POSM plus sales tools kit for agents/POS.
- Uphold high levels of customer service, product knowledge and agency pitch plus compliance.
- Biz Development for partnership with agent and other community such as temple wedding , etc
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers or business partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market feedback.
- Plan and execute area-specific sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, retailers, or distributors to ensure engagement and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and supply chain to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Provide timely reports and updates on area performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and mark.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify potential new markets and target segments.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasting sales performance and identifying trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with superiors, providing updates on progress and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail outlet, proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & Powerpoint.
