Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and conducting background checks.
- Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Identify and prioritize training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and close collaboration with Department Heads.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with training standards.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience specializing in recruitment and training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
