Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and conducting background checks.
  • Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Identify and prioritize training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and close collaboration with Department Heads.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with training standards.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience specializing in recruitment and training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
