Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab

·Handle online customer inquiries and provide product information

·Participate in marketing and e-commerce promotional activities

·Manage online sales and closing process

·Learn advertising, customer management & team communication skills

·Membalas mesej pelanggan dan memberi maklumat produk

·Menyertai aktiviti promosi & kempen pemasaran digital

·Mengurus jualan atas talian dan proses penutupan jualan

·Belajar strategi pemasaran, pengurusan pelanggan & komunikasi pasukan

Requirements / Syarat & Kelayakan

·Age between 20 – 30 years old

·Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin

·Positive attitude & willing to learn

·Interested in e-commerce and health industry

·Sales experience is an advantage (not required)

·Umur antara 20 – 30 tahun

·Boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin

·Sikap positif & suka belajar perkara baru

·Minat dalam bidang e-dagang dan kesihatan

·Pengalaman dalam jualan adalah satu kelebihan (tidak wajib)
