Location : Kwasa Damansara

We are looking for an experienced ESB Developer to design, build, and support integration solutions using IBM API and ESB technologies. The role requires strong technical capability and a proactive, problem-solving attitude to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and ESB integrations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to meet integration requirements.
  • Build custom integrations using Java, Python, JavaScript, Gateway script, and IBM tools (IBM App Connect, IBM MQ).
  • Configure and manage API gateways for security, performance, and monitoring.
  • Handle data transformation and mapping for formats such as JSON, XML, and ISO8583.
  • Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure solution quality.
  • Monitor integration services, troubleshoot issues, and support root-cause analysis
  • Follow SDLC and coding standards, using CI/CD pipelines and source control.
  • Maintain security and compliance across all integration endpoints.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM API Gateway and IBM App Connect.
  • Proficient in integration scripting and programming (ESQL, Java, Unix shell scripting).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, IBM MQ, threading, and caching methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and supporting integration solutions.
