We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Accountant, Regional Finance. This full-time and permanent position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Regional Finance Department and its' growth.

Key responsibilities:

·       Process payment receipts from Vistra GK's main banks, verify account details, and record journal entries.

·       Prepare invoices for clients and based on actual expense data from tax and labor/social insurance providers.

·       Execute vendor, intercompany, and reimbursement payments via web banking, obtain necessary approvals, and post corresponding journal entries. Supports back-up framework for Vistra KK when required.

·       Import and reconcile sales data in Dynamics NAV, ensuring accuracy of journal entries.

·       Manage provisional entries for GK and Vistra clients and reconcile accounts receivable at month-end.

·       Support OVRM tasks, including OM Reports, EM Reports, EM Invoices, and posting related journal entries.

·       Prepare routine journal entries, including depreciation, rental, and cost allocations.

·       Prepare monthly SAC input packs for month-end closing.

·       Perform ad-hoc finance tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

·       Possesses 3 years of relevant experience in accounting

·       Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or an equivalent qualification

·       Prior experience in handling R2R, O2C, or P2P accounting processes is advantageous.

·       Japanese language proficiency is preferred to liaise with Japan counterparties

·       Computer proficiency in MS Office/ Excel Applications

·       Team player with good people and communication skills.

·       Must possess good customer service skills.

·       Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines. Hardworking.

·       Results-oriented and detail-minded person.

·       Highly motivated with ability to deal with ambiguities, able to work within ill-defined boundaries.
