  • Proficient in MS Excel and Words, AUTO COUNT Billing & Accounting software.

Job Description:

  1. Assisting supervisor with the following works (but not limited to)

  2. Expedite invoices, weekly and monthly statement accounts and payment request

  3. Entering updates and relevant account data.

  4. To assist in billing, information checking through Whatsapp, WeChat, Internal and external Customer and updating information into AUTO COUNT Accounting System

  5. Fast learner, proactive & liaise with other departments on outstanding issues.

  6. Handle ad-hoc tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
