  • Serve as a main contact point for customer, sales and intercompany.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concern patiently by providing professional, timely, reliable and consistent update, information and suggestion.
  • Filling customer records, including contact information, purchases, billings documents and labels draft.
  • Creating, extending and maintaining customer and account information in SAP.
  • Maintaining and responsible for data and system accuracy.
  • Receiving, processing and managing customer orders in line with agreed process, business terms and service levels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or online communication tools.
  • Escalating queries and concerns.
  • Collaborates across functional teams such as sales, logistics production and etc to support customer requirement.
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
  • Handling scrap sales.
  • Reviewing, identify nd circulate customer complaint and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Monitor and update the customer's credit and payment status.
  • Assist in sales contract creation.

Contract Start January 2026

Job Types: Contract, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM10.00 per month
