is a fast-growing tech-driven delivery company transforming how businesses and customers move goods through digital innovation. We're looking for a
strategic, results-oriented Commercial Manager
to lead our commercial operations, drive revenue growth, and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the delivery tech ecosystem.
  • Lead B2B and B2C client acquisition, contract negotiations, and key account management.
  • Oversee pricing models, tender processes, and commercial performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with operations, tech, and finance teams to align growth with capacity.
  • Support marketing and product teams in positioning Liflif's digital solutions effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team focused on results and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology (MBA is an advantage).
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial management, business development, or partnerships, ideally in
    tech, logistics, or SaaS.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue and managing strategic accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Willing and able to travel within East Africa when needed.
