Job Summary

As a Clinical Specialist for Dental Solutions, You Will Have the Opportunity to Tap into Your Curiosity and Collaborate with Some of The Most Innovative and Diverse People.

General Responsibilities
  • Leading internal and external trainings and workshops
  • Organising, implementing, and facilitating events (clients) including lectures and workshops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, compliance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Managing, building, and strengthening relationships with key Dental HCP / Opinion Leaders
  • Overseeing all payments and reconciliation related to HCP activities, agency work, sponsorships, etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for related portfolio
  • Align Marketing Development plans with strategies/priorities and ensure their effective execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively to establish consensus on client-specific priorities, including pricing strategies, forecasting, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.
  • Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations where applicable.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Dentist and or work experience in a similar Clinical Role with another Dental Products company
  • Possess good communication skills in English and other languages.
  • Possess good presentation skills and experienced trainer.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Possess good planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to retain and share knowledge.
Education
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry.
