Our primary clients include Spine and Neurosurgeons across hospitals in Malaysia, with a focus on the Northern, Central, Southern, East Coast regions, Sabah & Sarawak. Role Description

The Role:
 As a 
Clinical Application Specialist (Spine & Neuro) based in WP. Kuala Lumpur/Johor Bahru.
 
The responsibilities include acting as the bridge between our MedTech industries and healthcare professionals who use our products. In this role, you will provide expert training, workflow optimization, and clinical support to existing and prospective customers. 

Your primary goal is to ensure that our KOL users are comfortable and proficient with our 
Spine Product Portfolio from Spine Implants and Spine Endoscopy System
, ultimately ensuring high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction. 
You will collaborate with Spine and Neurosurgeons to understand their needs, provide product training, and ensure consistent support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Post-Sales Training & Education

On-Site Training:

Deliver comprehensive training programs to physicians, nurses, technicians, and biomedical staff on the safe and effective use of our systems.

Workflow Optimization:

Observe clinical environments and consult with staff to integrate our technology into their existing workflows efficiently.

Go-Live Support:

Provide elbow-to-elbow support during the initial launch phase at hospital or clinic sites.

Continuous Education:

Conduct follow-up visits and advanced training workshops to update users on new features or software upgrades.

2. Pre-Sales Support

Product Demonstrations:

Partner with the Sales team to perform high-quality clinical demonstrations for prospective clients, highlighting clinical value and unique selling points.

Technical Presentations:

Assist in answering clinical questions during tender processes or sales meetings.

Trade Shows:

Represent the company at medical conferences and exhibitions, providing product demos to attendees.

3. Customer Support & Feedback

Troubleshooting:

Act as the first line of clinical defence for image quality issues, application errors, or user queries, escalating technical hardware failures to the Service Department.

Customer Relationship:

Build strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and departmental heads.

Feedback Loop:

Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback regarding product functionality and report this to the R&D and Marketing teams for future product improvements.

Who We Are Looking For:

Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, MBA, Marketing, or equivalent

Experience:

1–3 years of OR scrubbing experience in the medical implants line is preferred.

Fresh graduates
with a strong Science background and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply (Training provided).

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Tamil & Mandarin added advantage).

Attributes:
Resilient, capable in working independently, self-motivated, disciplined, and able towork under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement:
Must possess a valid driving license and own transport (Willing to travel). Must comfortably working in OR and Hospital Settings
