JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including sub-contractors, workers, and machinery, to ensure smooth and efficient construction progress.
  3. Ensure that all construction work adheres to technical specifications, customer requirements, and statutory obligations, including general safety compliance.
  4. Manage construction materials, minimize waste, and maintain proper control of company assets and machinery on-site.
  5. Prepare and submit daily site reports, capture progress photos, and record accurate site measurements to track project development.
  6. Address and resolve any technical or engineering issues, including discrepancies in drawings and project details.
  7. Attend consultant and site meetings to align project status, deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  8. Review engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring alignment with site implementation.
  9. Prepare technical documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, and inspection reports.
  10. Resolve technical issues on site in collaboration with consultants.
  11. Supervise material testing and site work quality (QA/QC).
  12. Manage compliance with requirements from JKR, CIDB, and other relevant authorities.
  13. Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior / management.

Candidates must :

● Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Building Survey, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

● Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a civil engineering role.

● Had been handle high risk project.

● Had been handle and supervise all workers in site

● Had been arrange and handle sub-con claim and etc.

● Have a communication skill to handle workers

● Familiarity with government project JKR.

● Strong technical expertise in structural analysis, design, and project management.
