Procurement/Sourcing Executive
to join our client team and support end-to-end purchasing activities while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and supplier reliability.

Job Description

1. Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing

  • Execute sourcing strategies to meet business objectives for quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Request, analyze, and negotiate quotations to secure best-value deals.
  • Maintain and optimize approved vendor lists and purchasing databases.

2. Supplier & Contract Management

  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level expectations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key suppliers.

3. Procurement Operations

  • Process purchase orders in line with internal procurement policies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance for smooth order-to-pay cycles.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

4. Cost Optimization & Analysis

  • Conduct cost and price analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for procurement spending.
  • Monitor market trends, commodity movements, and supplier price changes.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and mitigate procurement-related risks.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, engineering, production, and project teams to understand material requirements.
  • Provide procurement insights during planning and business reviews.


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficient in cost analysis, market research, and vendor evaluation.
  • Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
