Requirements

  • Education: SPM level or above ( Extra points for having an SKM diploma ).
  • Experience: Previous experience in the aesthethic company or a medical job scope.
  • Transportation: Must have your own transportation to work.
  • Skills: Strong sales abilities, eagerness to learn, and teamwork.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Attributes: Energetic, passionate, honest, diligent, and with a commendable attitude.
  • Appearance: Good complexion and pleasant customer service skills.

Job Scope / Responsibilities – Medical Assistant

  • Assist doctors and therapists during aesthetic and laser treatments in accordance with clinic protocols.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including pre-treatment consultation support and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Operate and assist with aesthetic devices and equipment under supervision, ensuring safety and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct basic skin analysis and support doctors in developing treatment plans.
  • Provide professional customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare products to clients based on their needs.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments are clean, sterilized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and clinic housekeeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the medical and clinic team while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Adhere to all clinic policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
