In this full-time position, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality medical assistance and nursing care to our patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Malaysian
  • Possess at least diploma in Medical Assistant/ Nursing (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
  • Able to work in shift systems and overtime (OT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet patients warmly and maintaining good soft skills with patient
  • Register, manage and record patient details, appointment and medication dispensation.
  • Carry out or assist in managing equipment, medication stock, forms, medical record and patient payment records.
  • Assist the Medical Officer and be capable of performing medical procedures.
  • Ensure the clinic environment is in good condition and perform scheduled cleaning tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, emails, WhatsApp, and messages on all social media platforms from patients.
  • Attend and actively participate in training and education provided at the clinic and company levels.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the clinic.
  • To assure compliance with SOP, regulations and medical protocols.
  • Participate in sales and marketing in the company, eg: video recording, content creating and health promotion
  • Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions
