Management of department to ensure efficient and effective daily administrative and operational activities.

A) Quality Management & Accreditation

  • Help organise and follow up on internal quality audits.
  • Keep accreditation documents neat and updated.
  • Assist in collecting hospital data and do simple data checks or summaries.

B) Document Control

  • Help review and update hospital policies and procedures.
  • Work with departments to make sure their documents are updated.
  • Assist in creating or revising forms and giving them the correct form numbers.
  • Help maintain the policy and forms list so staff can easily find what they need.

C) Licensing Support

  • Assist in preparing documents needed for hospital licence applications or renewals.
  • Help keep clear and organised records for all licensing processes.

D) General Tasks

  • Assist with ordering stationery when needed.
  • Do any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
