Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant/ Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be someone that is interest in diagnostic healthcare organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care and support to the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk duties including patient registration, schedule appointments, dispensing and payment collection to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist patient's inquiries and follow-ups (phone, WhatsApp, social media and in-person)
  • Deliver basic clinical support (ECG, phlebotomy, blood pressure measurements & etc)
  • Support doctors and medical staff during examinations, treatments, and procedures
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, stock inventory checking, report printing and organizing documentation
  • Liaise with laboratories for health screening tests and ensure timely reporting
  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring full confidentiality and compliance with medical data standards
  • Able to do basic marketing & marketing activities (social media posting)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
