About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Assistant to join our growing team at CLINIC CAREWELL.' in Kuala Lumpur. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our medical operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and patient-focused organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting Doctors with various administrative and clinical tasks
  • Perform claims using clinic panels
  • Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked
  • Performing basic clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs and collecting samples
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and addressing their questions and concerns
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant medical regulations and protocols
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and seamless patient care

What we're looking for

  • Relevant diploma or certification in Medical Assistance or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or medical administration industry
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
  • Proficiency in using panels software and technology
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
