AutoCAD Drafters/Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in Schematic Design
  • To carry out CAD works and drawing production work according to standards and guidelines of the office
  • Must possess knowledge and experience in Architectural drafting
  • Understand and implement the Company's Quality Management System and ensure that the works are carried out in conformance with the standards
  • Experience in the use of BIM / Revit (advantage)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.
  • Preferable with 1-year working experience in a similar capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Conversant with the use of AutoCAD or BIM (REVIT)
  • Good Command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Preferably Junior Executive / Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Experience in high-rise building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawing, Prepares Tender Drawing & all relevant technical issues.
  • Must be committed and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.
  • Must possess own car
