Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate and dismantle Audio Visual equipment (e.g. microphones, projectors, LED screens, speakers, etc.)
  • Ensure Audio Visual equipment is tested and functioning before events
  • Manage the Audio Visual system during live events
  • Liaise with clients on their AV system requirements in real time
  • Coordinate with facilities teams for network or power needs related to Audio Visual setups
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including schedules, logistics and vendor communication
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients and vendors to understand event requirements
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure all logistics are executed as planned
  • Provide on-site support and act as the point of contact during events to address issues promptly
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Audio Visual, Event management and tourism.
  • Deep understanding of various Audio-Visual equipment, signal flow and control system.
  • Good in communication & writing both Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and fix technical issues with sound, video and lighting equipment.
  • Fresh Graduate or 2 - 3 years of working in related field are welcomed to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
