About the role

Are you an experienced Events PIC looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation? This full-time role will see you taking the lead on the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences to large-scale public celebrations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, ensuring all logistical and operational requirements are met
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and key stakeholders to understand event objectives and coordinate all aspects of event delivery
  • Manage event budgets, monitor spending and identify opportunities to optimise costs
  • Oversee the on-site execution of events, troubleshoot any issues and ensure a seamless attendee experience
  • Analyse event data and provide detailed post-event reports to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve event offerings
  • Mentor and supervise a team of events coordinators and support staff

What we're looking for

  • Preferably experience in events management role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry and mandarin speakers
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the confidence to liaise with clients at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences
  • Prepare report as at when necessary
