Contract Duration: 8 Months- Extendable Contract

Competencies and Skills

•
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related study, or equivalent experience.

• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (Added Advantage)

• Technical Solution Certification (Added Advantage)

• Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Certified Professional Developer (for Financials module) (Added Advantage)

• Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate (Added Advantage)

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Database or Applications track (Added Advantage)

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 development, with strong expertise in modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

• Experience in integrating EBS with external banking systems, APIs, or third-party applications using standard Oracle tools and middleware.

• Strong understanding of EBS data structures, APIs, concurrent programs, and system architecture.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting EBS patching, upgrades, and cloning activities in collaboration with DBAs and infrastructure teams.

• Hands-on involvement in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning in a mission-critical, high-volume environment.

• Exposure to banking domain processes such as GL reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and payment processing is highly desirable.

• Experience working in environments adhering to change management, compliance, and internal audit controls.

Job Specification

• Proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 architecture, development, and deployment.

• Strong command of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Personalization/Customization techniques.

• Experience in building and supporting RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

• Familiarity with EBS APIs, concurrent programs, and value set configurations.

• Integration experience using Oracle SOA Suite, Web Services (REST/SOAP), or custom APIs.

• Sound understanding of EBS Financials modules – particularly relevant to banking operations.

• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and working knowledge of Oracle DB utilities (e.g., SQL*Loader, Data Pump).

• Familiarity with Oracle Alerts, AME (Approval Management Engine), and FND tools.

• Competence in performance tuning and troubleshooting of EBS custom and standard objects.

• Ability to analyze and interpret functional specifications and translate them into effective technical solutions.
