About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Dental Administrative Assistant to join our team at Red Apple Dental Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is an integral part of our dental practice, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories
  • Assisting with billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions
  • Ordering and managing dental supplies and stationery
  • Managing the clinic's social media accounts, including creating content and basic editing to engage and inform our audience

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
