职责 / Responsibilities
  • 管理项目预算,包括材料采购、工人安排与成本控制

    Manage project budgets, including material procurement, labour arrangement, and cost control.
  • 负责现场管理、协调施工进度与 Project Timeline,确保项目按时完成

    Supervise site operations, coordinate project schedules, and ensure timely completion.
  • 与相关方(设计师、Subcon)沟通协调,确保施工顺利进行

    Communicate with designers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
  • 安排 Subcon 进场及施工顺序

    Schedule and coordinate subcontractor work sequence.
  • 拍摄现场施工照片并提交每日报告

    Take daily site photos for reporting and record keeping.
  • 每周汇报项目进度与施工问题

    Prepare weekly progress reports and highlight site issues.
  • 管理项目剩余材料与库存

    Manage leftover materials and maintain inventory lists.
  • 妥善保护公司资产与设备

    Safeguard company assets and tools.

要求 / Requirements
  • 能熟练使用中文、英文及马来文进行沟通

    Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • 主动、负责任,具备良好的统筹能力及现场应变能力

    Proactive, responsible, and capable of good coordination & problem-solving.
  • 需拥有个人交通工具(汽车)

    Must possess own transport (car).
  • 具备装修或建筑现场经验者优先

    Prior experience in renovation or construction sites preferred.

职责 / Responsibilities
  • 执行完工项目的日常维修与保养工作

    Perform maintenance and repair works for completed projects.
  • 安排售后维护与跟进

    Maintain and follow-up and after-sales service.
  • 进行基本的电工、水喉、水泥及油漆维修

    Perform basic electrical, plumbing, cement, and painting repairs.
  • 处理客户反馈与维修请求

    Respond promptly to client feedback and maintenance tasks.
  • 维护维修工具与公司设备

    Maintain company tools and resources properly.

要求 / Requirements
  • 拥有装修或维修经验,能独立完成小型修复工作

    Experience in renovation or maintenance, able to work independently.
  • 勤劳、守时、态度良好、诚实可靠

    Hardworking, punctual, honest, and service-oriented.
  • 拥有交通工具(汽车或摩托皆可)

    Own transport (car or motorcycle).
  • 具备电工、水喉或油漆技能者优先

    Candidates with electrical, plumbing, or painting skills preferred.
