We are seeking an experienced and driven Project/Site Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid background in construction management, and the ability to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Oversee Projects – Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders – Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Manage Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety policies and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations.
  • Resource & Schedule Management – Develop detailed project schedules, allocate manpower and materials efficiently.
  • Documentation & Reporting/Presenting – Develop detailed progress reports, work program and schedule, resource allocation, and provide regular progress updates to management & client. Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and progress against objectives.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise and guide site teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site or project management, with a proven track record (please provide a list of past projects).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, and developing progress reports.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be a bonus.
