We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager with strong business acumen to lead our sales team and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and market dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategies.

Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports and business analysis to management.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales management role.

Strong business knowledge and strategic thinking ability.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Experience in setting and meeting sales targets.

Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
