THIS POSITION IS TO BE BASED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure the documentation is accurate through close liaison with all parties
  • Maintain accurate records by filing and updating schedules, scanning shipping documents, and performing general shipping functions, including data entries to maintain accurate records
  • To ensure that daily documentations are prepared promptly, accurately and timely
  • Preparing full set shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin – MITI & MICCI, Insurance Certificate and etc.)
  • Liaise with forwarders / agents on export arrangements (for isotank, container, road tanker, flexibag & bulk shipments)
  • To perform other duties as assigned or requested by the management from time to time

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher
  • Require written and spoken language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge & skill in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledgeable and experience in export operation & documentation
