About the role
BGS Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Invoicing Clerk to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records to support the smooth operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring all invoices are properly coded and categorised according to our accounting systems
- Reconciling invoices against purchase orders and delivery records
- Verify customers details, ship to address, pricing, discounts, stock availability and payment terms before generating invoices
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure all the necessary documentation / info fully provided for billing.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and finance teams as required.
- Assist in document updating and filing.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing best practices
