We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our growing team at Twin Autoplus Tyre Service Centre. The Account Clerk will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, handling supplier invoices, issuing customer invoices, and supporting various administrative tasks related to the workshop's financial operations. If you are organized, efficient, and have a passion for keeping financial records in order, we’d love to meet you
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and filing financial records.
- Receive and review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- File and update supplier invoices in the company’s accounting system daily.
- Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers for services rendered, parts purchased, or any additional charges.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Track payments and update the payment status in the system.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date filing systems for both customer and supplier records.
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- STM/STPM or Diploma on Accounting (preferred)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu
- At least 1 year related experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clerk: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
