About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IGCSE Maths and Science Teacher to join our team at HLC Education Sdn Bhd in Taman Miharja, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and supporting the academic growth of our secondary school students.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and delivering engaging IGCSE-level Maths and Science lessons
  2. Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their learning
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's curriculum
  4. Maintaining accurate student records and contributing to the overall administrative tasks of the school
  5. Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience
  6. Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance your teaching skills

What we're looking for

  1. A relevant teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Education or a PGCE
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience teaching IGCSE Maths and Science in a secondary school setting
  3. Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues
  5. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
  6. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
