We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work on developing high-quality, scalable web applications while

collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal

candidate will possess a balance of backend and frontend development skills, with

some exposure to system design.

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using the PHP

Laravel framework.

● Write, review, and optimize complex MySQL queries with attention to

performance, indexing, and data integrity.

● Build responsive and user-friendly frontends using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and

relevant frontend frameworks.

● Participate in system architecture and design discussions, contributing ideas

to enhance scalability, maintainability, and security.

● Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code that follows industry

best practices and coding standards.

● Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues across the full stack

(frontend + backend).

● Collaborate closely with other developers, designers, QA testers, and product

stakeholders using Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.

● Stay current with evolving technologies, frameworks, and trends to

continuously improve product performance and developer productivity.

Requirements

● Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a

strong focus on PHP and Laravel.

● Solid grasp of the MVC architecture and Laravel's ecosystem.

● Hands-on experience in writing optimized MySQL queries, including joins,

indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

● Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and capable of building

cross-browser-compatible UIs.

● Strong experience with Git for version control and collaborative development

workflows.

● Basic to intermediate understanding of system design principles (e.g.,

modularity, scalability, fault tolerance).

● Exposure to cloud environments (preferably AWS) and services such as EC2,

S3, RDS, or Lambda is a plus.

● Familiarity with the TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, , Laravel, Livewire) is

preferred.

● Exposure to other modern languages and frameworks such as ,

, or is highly desirable.

● Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to

addressing technical challenges.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a

team-oriented environment.
