Job description

Austral Migration Consultancy is one of the top immigration law firms in South East Asia with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We specialise in providing visa-related services to clients from all around the world with the aim of helping them emigrate to Australia or Canada.

We are looking for a candidate to join our team, whose main role will be to

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (leads provided).
  • Deliver engaging and informative consultations to understand clients' migration goals.
  • Promote and confidently present our migration services and their benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, consultations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on various visa types, eligibility requirements, and migration processes (training provided).

We welcome students or graduates from the following fields to apply for our Immigration Case Officer internship:

  • Law (especially immigration, international, or administrative law)
  • Political Science
  • International Relations
  • Human Resource Management
  • Business Administration
  • Public Relation/Administration
  • Social Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, etc.)
  • Languages and Translation Studies

Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds who have an interest in immigration processes and policies are also encouraged to apply.
