Responsibilities:

  • Execute, review and assist in origination, structuring and execution of corporate proposals such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising exercise, initial public offering, merger and acquisition, etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationships with clients and other professionals (e.g., legal advisors, auditors, valuers, etc) and relevant authorities for all corporate proposals.
  • Perform analysis on the feasibility of the corporate proposals.
  • Prepare, assist and review in the applications/ documents for submission to relevant authorities for corporate proposals.
  • Attend to queries from relevant regulatory authorities and coordinate with other professionals.
  • Attend to any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or other related field.
  • To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Possess at least a Degree in finance, accounting, law or any other related field. Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would have an added advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information.
  • Good English writing skills as well as communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
  • Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
