Job Description: -
- Assist the Project Manager in handling of documents administrative work in accordance to company SOP
- To keep track on site daily records, update progress of work and filing of correspondences - for Site/Consultant/HQ.
- Update & monitor stage claim.
- Responsible for the general office administration which include office automation, equipment, facilities, filing systems, printing & stationery, general office supplies, services, expenses, etc.
Job Requirements: -
- Microsoft Office skills
- Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- 2 years experience in site administration in property development will be advantages.
- Autocad skills will be advantages
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
