Job Title: Temporary Finance Clerk (6-Month Contract)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary Finance Clerk to assist with the LEANING PROCESS FOR FINANCE DATA MIGRATION from SAP to AutoCount. The role will focus on ensuring the smooth and accurate transfer of financial data between systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the finance team during this transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Data Migration: Support the finance team in the data migration process from SAP to AutoCount, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer.
- Data Cleaning and Validation: Review, clean, and validate financial data to ensure it meets the requirements for migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of the migration process, including data discrepancies and resolution steps.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance and IT, to ensure the smooth transfer of financial data.
- Reporting: Generate reports to track the progress of the data migration and assist with any issues that may arise during the process.
- Ad hoc Finance Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or administrative roles, preferably in data management or migration.
- Familiarity with SAP and AutoCount or similar financial software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Duration:
6-month contract (with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs).
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
