What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automated test systems and production tools for Bitdeer's ASIC mining hardware.
• Develop software platforms and test scripts for functional testing, performance validation, and system reliability assurance.
• Interface with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to define test requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  
  
• Design and implement test automation frameworks for production lines, including hardware interface control and data acquisition.
  
  
• Integrate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and signal generators for automated measurement and calibration.
  
  
• Develop dashboards and data visualization tools for real-time monitoring, log analysis, and performance reporting.
  
  
• Support failure analysis and root-cause diagnostics during mass production or reliability validation.
  
  
• Continuously optimize test workflows to improve test throughput, accuracy, and repeatability.
  
  
• Participate in pilot runs and ensure production test systems meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with global R&D and factory teams to scale automation infrastructure across multiple product lines and locations.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in test automation, production test systems, hardware validation, or system testing — preferably for servers, ASIC-based, or electronic hardware products.
• Proven track record in developing automated test frameworks and integrating equipment communication within large-scale production or factory test environments.
• Proficient in Python, C/C++, or LabVIEW for test system development and equipment automation.
• Hands-on experience with communication interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, RS232, SPI, and I²C.
• Familiar with test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, power analyzers, and environmental chambers.
• Knowledge of data acquisition systems (DAQ), database logging, and data visualization dashboards.
• Experience with lab test setups, validation procedures, and automation of test scripts.
• Familiarity with AI-based log analysis or data-driven quality insights is an advantage.
