Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Technical Support:
    Provide expert technical advice to customers before sales, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our ventilation systems.
  • Ventilation Fan Systems Oversight:
    Take full responsibility for the technical aspects of our ventilation fan systems, including the motor with inverter, ensuring smooth installation and operation.
  • Training & Education:
    Educate customers, dealers, and partners on the correct installation, usage, and maintenance of ventilation systems. This includes hands-on training and troubleshooting when needed.
  • On-Site Farm Support:
    Offer on-site support and technical guidance to modern farms, ensuring optimal performance of our systems, dealing with on-site quality problems, and completing related reports.
  • Environmental Controller Expertise:
    Learn and troubleshoot environmental controllers used in farm climate control systems, teaching customers how to optimize their usage.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams:
    Work closely with the sales team during the sales process to provide technical insights and ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience with farm climate control systems and ventilation systems is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on-site
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
