About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Product Manager to join the team at Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of Apex's product portfolio, with a focus on innovative healthcare solutions. What you'll be doing

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies to ensure the successful launch and ongoing performance of Apex's product range
  2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings
  3. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, R&D and operations to coordinate all aspects of the product lifecycle
  4. Managing product roadmaps, budgets and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget
  5. Liaising with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and maximise product impact
  6. Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to drive product innovation and enhancements
  7. Providing strategic input to the senior leadership team to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Science, Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Preferably a qualified pharmacist with 3 years of experience in a product management or marketing role within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
  3. Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into effective product strategies
  4. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful product launches
  5. In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards and industry best practices
  6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  8. Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce trends in the healthcare sector
