Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate with franchise outlets in terms of billing and documentations.
  • To prepare and deliver the letter and memo for franchise outlet to ensure their awareness on company announcement.
  • To assist with the operation of franchise outlets in a daily basis.
  • To assist in reviewing, implementing, enforcing and improving the franchise outlet SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), policies and business process.
  • To follow-up and liaise with others company department for achieving an effective and efficient management support to franchise outlets.
  • To assist in compilation of management accounting reports for Management's monthly review.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Administration/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • Excel in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
  • Result oriented and possess strong planning, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
