Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent Intern to support our customer service operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, serving as a key link between our company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Support outbound call activities such as appointment reminders or follow-ups.
- Help process customer requests and update records accurately.
- Provide clear and polite responses to customers under guidance.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Perform general administrative or support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different customer needs and personalities.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and tools.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
